I started using your site around three or four months ago mainly when searching for a new beginners board. Since then I started using the site often to check surf reports and recently to buy some items from your surf store. I don't usually write emails to companies because I don't think its necessary, and that good service should be expected. However, in this case I felt it was necessary.
