Delivery depends on what you have ordered, and where it is being shipped to. Generally, if you order several products, these will be shipped to you separately. For example, you may receive a DVD the next day, but a book ordered at the same time can take from one to 5 days, as heavier books are sent by parcel post.

Customs Duty - Please note that goods delivered to destinations outside the EU Zone may be liable for customs duty. We attach a Customs Declaration on all such items. Any Customs Duty is the liability of the recipient.
